The preparatory stage of project approval
· The demand for masks increases, and the standard encounters new problems.
· In order to meet the public's demand for masks in the emergency of the epidemic, to adopt standards for companies that have changed to produce masks, and to ensure product quality and market supervision, China Industrial Textile Industry Association submitted an application for project approval and rapidly drafted the group standard of sanitary Masks.
The drafting stage of standard
· Made the plan on February 25.China Industrial Textile Association established a standard drafting group. Based on the preliminary industry survey, the standard was analyzed and discussed, the framework was determined, the standard was compiled, and the name of the standard was changed to "Civilian Sanitary Mask" according to the applicability of the standard.
· Completed the standard solicitation draft on February 28.
The stage of solicitation
· On March 4, the public opinion soliciting draft was completed and 103 comments were received, among which 34 were adopted and 23 were partially adopted. The draftsman further perfected the standard and formed the submission and compilation instructions.
The stage of standard approval
· China Textile Federation and Chinese industry standard Committee respectively conducted letter review on the standard submission draft, and the drafting group improved the standard text and compilation instructions again to form the submission draft for approval according to the letter review opinions.
